How to Use: As an am and pm moisturizer, apply on your chest, neck and face in an upwards motion.

For best outcome of sore throat relief, apply within the first hour (asap) of not feeling well, lightly massage oil on glands downwards to encourage lymphatic drainage on the throat area, and on the back of your neck, beneath your hairline. 

For ingrown hair, spot treat 2-3x a day for fast relief.
